METRO has a dynamic opportunity for a Project Management Office (PMO) Expert with experience in Project Management and PMO responsibilities. The PMO Expert as member of the PMO team is responsible for all PMO activities in the LUCA project (SAP S/4 HANA implementation). The PMO expert will cooperate with all other streams of the LUCA project team.
- Be a valued part of our casual, open and dynamic team
- Contribute to our group wide digital finance transformation in the project’s backbone
- As a member of the PMO team you will be a go-to person for our internal and external project members
- You are the master of our project tools (e.g. O365, Jira, Confluence)
- Take over the end-to-end responsibility for our project processes (gather requirements from users, realize updates and conduct trainings)
- Setup and maintenance of JIRA workflows, boards and reports
- Content creation and communication in MS Teams and Confluence
- Moderation of workshops and trainings for project management activities
- “Classic” PMO activities (e.g. file management, document template creation and maintenance, administrative task)
- Graduation in business economics or equivalent education
- Min. 2 years of experience and knowledge in PMO, knowledge of PM standards and processes
- High interest and affinity for digital tools. Experience in JIRA & Confluence or similar tools would be an advantage
- Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
- High level of team and service orientation as well as active driver of change and engagement
- Good analytical skills, openness to learn and grow
- Certification in SAFe and/ or Scrum would be a plus
- English level - advanced (verbal and writing). German level - intermediate (verbal and writing)
