Job Description

Start date: 01.04.24

Duration:   6 Months

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period

What you can expect:

Support Marketing Automation Rollout:

Work closely with the CRM team to assist in the implementation and rollout of Marketing Automation use cases across METRO countries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing automation strategies.

 User Journey Documentation:

Document and map user journeys to understand customer interactions with METRO's marketing materials. Create comprehensive documentation outlining the various touchpoints, communication channels, and user experiences within the Marketing Automation framework. Assist in documenting configurations and settings within the Marketing Automation platform. Maintain detailed records of workflows, triggers, and automation rules to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance:

Work closely with regional teams to gather insights and requirements for effective Marketing Automation. Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to the CRM team and relevant stakeholders, including contact to METRO’s various international entities. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in user journeys or configurations.


    Qualifications

    You are the perfect fit:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in service design, Interaction Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • You are open to learn and motivated to work in team.
    • You have good knowledge of MS office and fluent English communication skills.
