This role is part of a team responsible for establishing Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities across METRO AG to protect digital assets and ensure secure access to critical resources. The team plays a crucial role in enhancing Information Security and managing risks within METRO AG's defined risk appetite.

You will bridge technical teams, including METRO.digital, and business stakeholders to ensure PAM objectives align with METRO’s business goals. Your responsibilities include overseeing the PAM platform's development, maintenance, and strategy, defining its vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with Compliance and Information Security standards.

• Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access, and Secret Management.

• Strong collaboration skills  to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with an experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM.

• Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability. Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products.

• Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and METRO.digital infrastructure teams. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within a technology or IAM-focused environment.
