- Project management: co-ordinate and manage ad hoc projects / complex tasks
- Support the analysis and then problem solving for specific topic
- Analyze and re-engine forecast processes btw countries and center
- Review and follow-up on action plans together with the individual country support
- Organizing and managing structured events and workshops, including agenda preparation, scheduling, logistic, connectivity
- Evaluating policies to ensure they are in compliance with corporate rules and Mission Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Follow up and tracking of personnel expenses and administrative topic (travel, holidays plan, invoices check) for the department
- Support agenda of global director
- Coordinate and update communication, through different channels, regarding department
- Planning, organize, interface management
- University degree or similar qualification
- 5+ years of working experience, there of significant part in operational unit/office
- Knowledge and understanding of operational processes at international level
- Knowledge and understanding of common sourcing value chain
- Experience in executive assistant roles and event management
- Excellent German language, fluent English language skills
- Attentive to detail and structured personality
- Exceptional initiative and strong analytical thinking
- Customer focus and flexibility to deliver efficient solutions
- Desire to work in a dynamic and challenging global environment
