Your Role:

• The role involves establishing METRO AG-wide Identity & Access Management capabilities.
• Ensuring only authorized individuals have access to business-critical resources is a key responsibility.
• The team plays a pivotal role in raising METRO AG's overall Information Security maturity and aims to reduce risks related to Information Security to an acceptable level within the board's risk appetite.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams, including METRO.digital teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensuring efficient communication and alignment of IAM objectives with METRO's business objectives.
• Overseeing and driving the development, maintenance, and strategic direction of IAM Platform within METRO.
• Defining the IAM product vision and prioritizing features are central responsibilities.
• Gathering requirements and ensuring IAM initiatives align with business objectives and compliance standards are key tasks.

• Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access, and Secret Management.

• Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with an experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM.

• Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability. Proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products.

• Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and METRO.digital infrastructure teams. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management within a technology or IAM-focused environment.

• Fluent english skills.

Please note that all job opportunities at METRO AG require that you live in/move to Germany and can be in office in Düsseldorf at least 2 times per week. We don't offer 100% remote opportunities.
