Job Description
Start date: 01.10.2023
Duration: 12 – 24 Months
Working hours: 20 h/week, up 37,5 h/week during lecture free period possible
What you can expect:
- Supporting our Customers to improve their procurement maturity on demand
- Support countries to have smooth and efficient operation by providing help on negotiation in Truck /Material handling equipment
- Support to analysis AS-IS and standardize the Procurement Process in Countries
- Establishing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for METRO countries by enabling countries to register their supplier on MDGS
- Support Countries to use Corporate Contract Management tool
- Further administrative tasks within daily business
- Actively shape, organize and participate in workshops and events
- If applicable, implementation of projects related to the scope of Procurement Services – GNFR in connection with own studies
Qualifications
You are the perfect fit:
- You are enrolled in university studying Economics, Procurement or a similar field
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are a proficient user of the MS Office Package
- Experience in IT related field is an advantage
- You are an empathic team-player with great communication skills
- You are creative and curious
