Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Working Student (m/f/d) to join our House of Learning team, contributing to our mission of promoting excellence in education and human resources. As a Working Student, you will collaborate closely with seasoned professionals in the fields of educational sciences, psychology, and human resources, gaining valuable practical experience while actively participating in meaningful projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual currently enrolled in university studies who possesses a genuine passion for education, HR, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the House of Learning and Leadership Development team to provide support for a variety of projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of educational programs and training materials.
- Conduct research on topics related to pedagogy, psychology, and HR, contributing insights to team discussions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
- Generate written documents, reports, and analyses using MS Word and Excel.
- Engage in team meetings, offering ideas that enhance the overall learning and working environment.
- Demonstrate a strong service orientation by helping team members and stakeholders as required.
- Exhibit a structured and autonomous working style, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Embrace flexibility and reliability when adapting to shifting project demands and timelines.
- Foster open and feedback-oriented communication to contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Currently enrolled in university studies in educational sciences, pedagogy psychology, business with a focus on HR or a related field, with at least one to two years remaining in your program.
- Affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of economics are considered advantageous.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A passionate and team-oriented personality, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a precise working style to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding support and service.
- Adaptive mindset, navigating diverse tasks and challenges with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback, actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Fluent English skills, german is a plus.
