Trade, career, international projects - you've come to the right place. If you have already completed your business-related studies with an international focus and want to hit the ground running in international wholesale, then apply to us. Because we will support you with our international graduate programme METRO Potentials.
In this trainee programme you will experience the diversity of wholesale, work on exciting projects and be part of an international community. We will prepare you for challenging tasks that will enable you to seize new opportunities. Does that sound great? Directly from the start, every METRO Potentials trainee has a mentor who is a member of the local Country Board. The mentor offers you high business- and customer awareness, profound coaching and exciting insights for you and your personal career.

Step ONE
You send you application, and we review it.
Step two
You get your first feedback latest after 10 working days.
Step three
Interview with department and/or HR.
Step four
You will be assigned to the assessment centre in June (virtual).
Step five
We give you open feedback on your performance and evaluation.
Step six
You get an offer for starting your career with us.
