Job Description

Purpose of the role:

The Business Analyst supports the Global Franchise team in driving business growth and performance across countries. This role bridges business and analytics, translating performance data into actionable insights and supporting countries in improving profitability sales and operational execution.

By working closely with country franchise leads, finance and central functions, the analyst ensures data accuracy, transparency and proactive identification of opportunities for improvement in profitability, loyalty and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyze multi-country performance data to deliver clear visibility on KPIs, financial results, and growth drivers
  • Support commercial planning and ongoing performance tracking of the Elevate Franchise roadmap
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights for country reviews and senior management presentations
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive data exploration and market benchmarking
  • Partner with finance, marketing, and operations to assess business drivers and evaluate commercial impact
  • Continuously enhance reporting tools, analytical models, and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in international retail, FMCG, or franchise environments, with strong communication and ownership mindset.
  • Strong commercial understanding of retail or franchise business models, with solid P&L and margin driver insight.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL or Power Query is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated capability to work across functions and countries, engaging senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Track record of delivering insights that influence decision-making in business, performance, or finance roles.
