Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and coordinate digital projects across various countries. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, including defining goals, milestones, and timelines.

Experience & Expertise: Deep understanding of digital technologies and platforms, including web development, mobile applications, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital marketing. Define and measure KPIs to assess project success across different countries. Regularly report and analyze to identify areas for improvement.

Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Change Management: Support digital transformation efforts and drive adoption of new digital solutions within diverse teams and regions. Ensure alignment of project objectives and proactively address challenges. Work closely with stakeholders from the corporate headquarters to local teams.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with global digital projects. Develop contingency plans and regularly monitor project progress to address issues promptly. Facilitate knowledge sharing and the promotion of best practices between countries.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

Experience: Practical understanding in gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders. Strong experience in leading international projects, preferably in the digital transformation or IT domain.

Education: (Master-)Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Functional Skills: Deep business knowledge in areas such as Wholesale/Retail, Digital Retail, or Franchise. Experience with agile delivery methods and working in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills to evaluate business impact and prioritize project features.

Mindset: Global thinking with the ability to think strategically beyond individual cases. Collaborative team player who can connect tech, business units, and corporate representatives. Proactive in fostering community engagement across different teams and regions. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with international teams.
