Job Description

As Business Expert Supplier Collaboration you lead, develop, and facilitate the Supplier Collaboration process and provide a single point of contact to ensure corrective and proactive actions towards suppliers at global level. Within your role, you will lead the development of the SCM Supplier Collaboration strategy, share, enhance and accelerate the penetration of Supplier Collaboration knowledge and best practices across the countries in respect of Process, Organization, People, System and KPI. You will manage the further development and improvement of the Supplier Collaboration Tool (SCOT). You facilitate its roll-out and adoption in all countries and with all suppliers. You ensure up to date market and industry knowledge on Supplier Collaboration and not only, able to develop and implement innovation and market best practice.

Where Your expertise is needed:

  • Steer global development of Supplier Collaboration practice, define and execute strategic measures to improve supplier On Time and In Full (OTIF) performance.
  • Facilitate the adoption in all Metro countries of standard process and IT solution to monitor the Supplier Performance and create ground for further development and innovation
  • Lead international Supplier Collaboration community and facilitate experience sharing between the country organizations and global suppliers
  • Improve the global collaboration with key international suppliers to reach higher service levels and deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to improve productivity, knowledge management, training content development, and communication within the Supplier Collaboration area.

Qualifications

What We're looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands on Experience.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or another related subject.
  • A solid understanding of international trade and supply chain processes.
  • Proven negotiating skills in dealing with international suppliers.
  • Problem solving capacity and analytical thinking skills.
  • Well-versed in handling of MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
