Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence:
You are responsible for ensuring operational excellence of cyber defense tooling in the areas of detection & response and vulnerability management. - Detection & Response Enablement:
Drive the effectiveness, reliability, and continuous improvement of detection and response technologies to support global Cyber Defense operations. - Threat Hunting:
Design and execute hypothesis‑based threat hunts to proactively identify malicious activity, uncover blind spots, and refine detection logic. - Cyber Defense Integration:
Collaborate with Security Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure cyber defense capabilities are deeply embedded in daily workflows and processes. - Continuous Improvement:
Work with global teams and partners to enhance the maturity, efficiency, and scalability of cyber defense practices. - Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to team development by sharing insights, lessons learned, and emerging threat trends.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of detection & response methodologies and enterprise cyber defense concepts.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cyber defense capabilities (e.g., detection engineering, vulnerability management, threat hunting), with a total of 8 years of experience, including 3 years in Threat Hunting.
- Ability to translate security signals, threats, and patterns into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term capability development.
- Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or related credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
