Deine Aufgaben:

Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation unserer Präsenz auf externen Karrieremessen (Logistik, Materialien, Koordination).
Mithilfe bei der Event-Kommunikation (z. B. Fotos, Videos, Einladungen, Erinnerungen, Follow-ups).
Verwaltung administrativer Aufgaben wie Nachverfolgung von Anmeldungen und Erstellung von Event-Dokumentationen.

Qualifikationen

Du bist immatrikulierter Student in HR, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Eventorganisation und der parallelen Bearbeitung mehrerer Aufgaben mit Office 365 Tools.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine proaktive, hands-on Mentalität.
Leidenschaft für HR, Employer Branding oder Community Management.
Fließend in Englisch; Deutsch oder eine andere europäische Sprache ist von Vorteil.
