Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
Mitwirken bei der Dokumentation und Pflege technischer Gebäudeinformationen (z.B. CAFM-System)
Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Präsentationen
Unterstützung bei Projekten in den Bereichen Energiemanagement, Nachhaltigkeit, Brandschutz und Arbeitssicherheit
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Facility Management

Qualifikationen

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Facility Management, Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Technisches Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Interesse an technischen und organisatorischen Prozessen im Gebäudemanagement
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
