Working Student Global Leadership Development (all genders)
Job Description
- Collaborate with functional experts to continuously develop and improve learning solutions and global leadership programs.
- Support the implementation and coordination of international talent and leadership development programs, events and workshops, including training design, participant and trainer communication, and logistics.
- Support METRO Potentials, our global graduate talent program, from designing learning elements and coordinating stakeholders to managing communications and following up on participant development.
- Collaborate with teams across METRO countries and entities to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience.
- Support internal marketing and communication of our learning portfolio in cooperation with Employer Branding, while managing training data and reporting in the Learning Management System.
Qualifications
- You are currently enrolled at a university and excited about learning, leadership and people development.
- You are a strong communicator in English and feel comfortable collaborating in an international environment.
- You bring curiosity, creativity and a hands-on mindset and enjoy turning ideas into engaging learning experiences.
- You are well organized and reliable, able to coordinate different stakeholders and keep track of multiple activities.
- You are a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, confident using digital tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
