Duration: 12 - 24 months
Working hours: 20 h/week; up to 37,5 h/week during lecture free period possible
Workplace: Office in Düsseldorf
Join our global Digital Commerce team and support the execution of our E-Commerce strategy to enhance customer journeys and streamline processes across markets. You will work in an international, English-speaking environment, contributing to research, presentations, and coordination of smaller projects within our digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies
- Analyze data and present insights to support strategic decisions
Presentation & Communication:
- Prepare impactful presentations and project updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global objectives
Project Coordination:
- Manage small projects within the Digital Marketing Chapter
- Document processes, maintain checklists, and monitor global KPIs
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High affinity for E-Commerce; video editing skills are a plus
- Relevant studies in Marketing, Business, Media, or similar fields are preferred
