Job description

Start: January 2025
Duration: 12-24 months
Working hours: 20 hours per week, 40 hours per week during lecture-free period
Your tasks:
- Participate in the collection, analysis, and review of incident data.
- Data entry in various forms into record keeping systems and translation of data into monthly reporting model.
- Update and maintenance of safety related materials.
- Analysis of audit reports and preparing consolidated information on findings.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports on safety performance indicators and statistics.
- Assist in preparing presentations and training materials for internal use.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Health and Safety processes.
- Related studies or strong interest in the field of Health & Safety / Occupational Safety.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good English; French, Spanish, Dutch is a plus.
- First experience in designing basic information material is a plus (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
