Job description

Start date: March/April 2024
Duration: 12-24 months
Working hours: 20 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week during non-lecture periods
#PeopleAreOurBasis! You will support the team working with P&C Business Partners and P&C Consultants in operational tasks. Collaborating with them, you will contribute to shaping and implementing strategies and goals
#ONEMETRO - Together with us, you will serve as the central interface between recruiting, business departments, and works councils, guiding employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
#WeNeverStopLearning - You will assist us in developing and implementing new and standardized People & Culture processes, taking on independent projects (e.g., quality control of SAP personnel data, creating analyses and reports in Excel)
You will autonomously handle the preparation, creation, and processing of contract documents and certificates
You will independently oversee the topic Young Talents, including managing the hiring process, onboarding, addressing queries during their employment, and community management
You are a perfect fit for us:
You are currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or Law with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field of study
Preferably, you have gained initial experience in the People & Culture field, and ideally, you are familiar with collaborating with works councils
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills
