In your role as Expert Sourcing Household (m/f/d) you will be responsible for executing the defined sourcing strategies and supplier management strategies for the responsible category in accordance with established processes and procedures. Your focus area will be common source products in Household category.
Where your expertise is needed:
- Development of an efficient and powerful European supplier portfolio
- Performing supplier evaluation, analysis, and qualification process
- Initiating and executing a transparent tendering process, including sourcing for potential long list supplier and negotiations
- Contract management and maintenance of master data
- Lead product development in close collaboration with international cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient product launch and on time delivery. Identify, communicate, manage, and overcome risks, gaps, and issues throughout the product development process.
- Develop and implement measures to ensure availability of products and competitiveness of established prices.

Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, International Trade or another related subject.
- At least 3 years work experience in Procurement/Sourcing and/or Assortment Building processes.
- Proven negotiating skills in dealing with international suppliers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong customer and market orientation, analytical & strategic skills.
- Willingness to travel (trade fairs, factory visits, country visits)
- Deep market knowledge of responsible category (would be an advantage).
- Well-versed in handling of MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), other languages are a plus
