Head of Global Finance Processes (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Create and drive the transformation of global finance processes with our international Global Solution Center (GSC) and various stakeholders.
• Define the financial model for the “OneGSC Target Picture”, incl. tools, platforms and dashboards to track the project financials 
• Create and manage effective governance mechanisms, e.g. Steering Committees, deep dives, retrospectives, etc.
• Lead and track the project progress, interdependencies, risks as well as decision requirements and provide regular updates to GSC Leadership and METRO AG board
• Proactively identify and track other METRO initiatives with influence on potential expansion for GSC.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure execution.
• Create and drive change management and communication strategy for GSC transformation; design and deliver related workshops and events.

• Degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance
• Solid financial background and 7+ years experience in managing large-scale international projects
• Skills in Change Management and workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication, intercultural skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English
