Job Description

Join our QA team to support integration of FSD companies into the Quality Management System of METRO.

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for a cluster of FSD companies as a Regional QA (setting up a proper and efficient QA organization and QA objectives, follow up on KPIs and objectives implementation, collecting and analysis Company Profiles, etc.)
  • Support in the implementation of OB management process
  • Support and assistance in the implementation of METRO Standards in FSD companies and in any QA projects
  • Support in developing of METRO QA standards for FSD companies and FSD operations
  • Support in managing Incident and Crisis cases in FSD companies
  • Integrate FSD Quality Managers in Metro QA community and ensure they got proper and professional communication
  • QA KPI review and taking actions to ensure continuous improvement
  • Support other Multichannel topics based on business needs, especially in the areas of synergies between METRO wholesale business and FSD companies

Qualifications

  • Experience with implementing Quality Management Systems
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in QA operations, with a strong background in managing QA processes, developing and implementing quality management systems.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • It is preferable for the candidate to have professional exposure in Europe, combined with experience in Asian markets (especially North and Southeast Asia) and understanding of Asian culture and business practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including good presentation and report writing skills
  • Self-motivation, determination, and confidence in your abilities
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge on the Metro QA requirements (QA Manuals and Standards)
  • A keen interest in International Food Quality and Safety Standard for retail and wholesale
  • Excellent technical knowledge in food quality and safety.
  • HACCP and PRP
  • English, fluently (verbally and in writing)
